Guam - The Department of Administration's long-anticipated hay study that calculates wage rates and adjustments for government pay is expected to be released in draft form to the agency by December 14.  It's been eighteen years since the last study to determine the wages of the more than 11,630 Government of Guam workers.

The final draft version of the hay study should be released by the agency at the end of the year, at which time it will need approval from the Legislature and Governor Felix Camacho before any changes can be implemented.
