New Marc Jacobs boutique in Tumon Bay

Marc by Marc Jacobs will be debuting at Tumon Sands tomorrow night, just in time for the holiday shopping season.  Designer Marc Jacobs, famous for his work at Louis Vuitton, is equally gifted at his own line.
