Roy Aguigui retires from GFD

Guam - Assistant Fire Chief Roy Aguigui meanwhile has retired from the Guam Fire Department in the midst of criminal charges he faces for allegedly falsifying timesheets for his common law wife, Rose Castro.  He pleaded not guilty and was on sick leave status with GFD until he retired from government service on November 17. 

While an internal affairs investigation was launched, adverse action was never imposed as he remained on leave until his retirement.
