Guam - It looks like it'll be at least a few more days until a verdict is reached in the case of eight police officers and two civilians accused of conspiring to cover up an alleged beating of several arrestees, including Owen Moni.  The jury requested to hear playback of Moni's testimony.

The court may have that recording ready as soon as tomorrow morning, but Judge Vern Perez plans to present it to attorneys first to go over any objections before it can go to the jury.  Moni's testimony spans more than five days, and even with the sidebars omitted, Judge Perez estimates there may be as much as ten hours of tape.

Attorneys were ordered to reconvene in the judge's courtroom tomorrow at 1 and the jury will take the morning off.
