Charges dropped against William Calhoun

Prosecutors agreed to dismiss criminal charges against William Calhoun, who was charged with driving under the influence and public drunkenness.  Calhoun was rescued from his burning Bronco after he was struck by Misaen Mizawa, who was driving a pickup truck on Route 16.
