Guam - Prosecutors agreed to dismiss criminal charges against William Calhoun, who was charged with driving under the influence and public drunkenness.  Calhoun was rescued from his burning Bronco after he was struck by Misaen Mizawa, who was driving a pickup truck on Route 16.

While the charges against Calhoun were dropped, Mizawa is scheduled to appear back in court on January 4.  He pleaded not guilty to vehicular homicide, negligent homicide, reckless driving with injuries, and three counts of imprudent driving.

His passenger, 40-year-old Iakop Elias, died from the collision.
