Guam contingent to meet with SASC

Guam - Besides providing testimony to the House Armed Services Committee on the need for war reparations for the island, senators Frank Blas, Jr. and Ben Pangelinan and World War II occupation survivor Tom Barcinas will also meet with senior level staffers of the Senate Armed Services Committee.
The three are in Washington, DC to provide testimony to the House Armed Services Committee during a hearing which is scheduled for three o'clock Thursday morning Guam time. Assistant Secretary of the Interior for Insular Affairs Tony Babauta and Guam War Claims Commission Chairperson Mauricio Tamargo are also scheduled to testify during the hearing slated for Thursday (Guam time).
