Rev & Tax closes for second straight day
The Department of Revenue & Taxation closed its doors at noon today because of continued electrical problems throughout the Barrigada facility. Deputy Director Paul Pablo says services are limited and temporary licenses and registrations are being issued at no cost to the public.

There were long lines going past the main entrance doors this morning as the agency was forced to shut down on Monday because of major electrical problems that apparently still have not been resolved.
