Activities help keep Guam's roads safe

DPW's Office of Highway Safety along with the 3D Coalition hosted a proclamation signing this morning in observance of Drunk and Drugged Driving Prevention month. <br><br>A 3D wave will be held tomorrow morning in front of the DPW main entrance in Upper Tumon from 7 to 8 am.
