DPW's Office of Highway Safety along with the 3D Coalition hosted a proclamation signing this morning in observance of Drunk and Drugged Driving Prevention month.

A 3D wave will be held tomorrow morning in front of the DPW main entrance in Upper Tumon from 7 to 8 am.

Military personnel also expressed support to help reduce deaths and injuries caused by impaired driving.

Joint Region Marianas Commander Rear Admiral Douglass Biesel explained, "This is extremely important for all of us, there are a lot of social activities and events that happen during this holiday period. And its incumbent on all of us to look after what we call our shipmates, but our fellow family members and servicemen to make sure that they all get home safely."
