The owners of IT&E have reached an agreement with Shell to acquire all of Shell Guam and Shell Company Limited's retail, commercial and aviation businesses.

But the deal isn't final just yet. IT&E CEO Ricky Delgado says there are still permits to obtain and contracts to transfer. He hopes to close the deal by the first quarter of next year.

Delgado says he's not looking at making any more acquisitions at this time and his next focus will be improving service at both of his current businesses.

Delgado exclaims, "I'm very happy to keep investing in Guam. It's been a good experience so far since we invested in IT&E a year ago and we look forward to working in the community and help develop Guam."
