The District Court of Guam bid farewell to Rosita San Nicolas today. Rosie, as she's known at the federal courthouse, started working as a clerical assistant in 1970. In her nearly 40 years of service, she's worked under three chief judges, Cristobal Duenas, John Unpingco and Frances Tydingco-Gatewood. A special retirement ceremony was held in her honor today as San Nicolas received special presentations from the Congresswoman's office, the Legislature, the U.S. Attorney's Office, the U.S. Marshals, the Guam Bar Association and the Administrative Office of the U.S Courts.
