Lawmakers resumed session today where discussions centered on Bill 151, that would make the Department of Parks and Recreation's alcohol-free parks program a permanent one. Senators debated on the program's effectiveness and how stringent the rules imposed should be.
Discussions this afternoon focused on a resolution authorizing a formal relationship with Olongapo City in the Philippines. In the meantime, lawmakers also confirmed the appointment of Alberto Tolentino to be a magistrate judge for the Judiciary of Guam. Session will resume on Wednesday morning.
