Fernsler maintains termination appeal

Former D.L. Perez Elementary School teacher Fredrick Fernsler is no longer employed with the Department of Education, but he continues to appeal his termination with the Civil Service Commission.  DOE Legal Counsel Fred Nishihara says the agency has already completed its own investigation, but is now waiting on the criminal case and the CSC to be resolved.
