Governor heading to Sunshine State

by Nick Delgado
Governor Felix Camacho is on a plane yet again - this time he's headed to Orlando, Florida. The island's chief executive will be attending the 2009 Defense Community Conference, hosted by the Department of Defense and the Office of Economic Adjustment.
The governor says the conference will draw many key individuals who need to hear the challenges our island faces in light of the military buildup. Camacho also plans to share the difficulties that confront Guam's transportation and fiscal status, as well as the need for greater assistance in moving forward with the relocation of U.S. Marines from Okinawa to Guam.
