Session continues on Tuesday

Lawmakers are scheduled to head back into session on Tuesday morning.  First on the agenda is Bill 92, which seeks to restore certain jurisdictions and clarify certain functions of the Civil Service Commission.  Lawmakers are also slated to discuss Bill 151, which would designate areas within the Guam Territorial Park System as alcohol-free zones.

Lawmakers are scheduled to head back into session on Tuesday morning.  First on the agenda is Bill 92, which seeks to restore certain jurisdictions and clarify certain functions of the Civil Service Commission.  Lawmakers are also slated to discuss Bill 151, which would designate areas within the Guam Territorial Park System as alcohol-free zones.

Also to be discussed is Bill 168, which would adopt rules and regulations to protect territorial highways, roads, easements, and rights of way.  Session will begin at 9 in the morning at the Guam Legislature in Hagatna.
