DOE working on more reform programs
While the Guam Department of Education continues to await approval from the feds for the grant applications for the three elementary reform programs, the agency is also working on providing similar curriculum for middle and high school students.
DOE Superintendent Dr. Nerissa Bretania Underwood says she will be working with her management team on the matter, as the selection committee found the RFP for the original bid winners, Latte Learning Systems, unacceptable.
