The Guam Fire Department responded to a structure fire at the University of Guam's Fine Arts Building this morning at around 7:45am. According to GFD Spokesperson Joey San Nicolas, the air conditioning inner unit caught on fire and was confined to one room.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the incident remains under investigation.
