JFK community demonstrates in costume

The John F. Kennedy High School community held another demonstration in front of their Upper Tumon Campus this afternoon.  But while they're discouraged that more hasn't been done to get them a permanent campus, they managed to get into the Halloween spirit, dressing up in costumes as they held up posters and waved at traffic along Marine Corps Drive.
