Who is Matrix Design Group?

KUAM News did some research of our own into Matrix Design Group, Inc., and according to the firm's business license with the Guam Department of Revenue & Taxation, Matrix Design is a Colorado corporation licensed to conduct management consultant services.  Its registered agent is Joe John Mantanona.
