Here at KUAM, we're doing out part to help the little heroes who continue to fight cancer everyday, by joining the St. Baldrick's program. This national campaign has volunteers shave their heads to show support for young cancer patients as they go through treatment.
Tonight live on KUAM News Extra with Sonya Artero at 6:30 I'll be shaving my head to support children with cancer.
We're accepting your tax-deductible pledges to help raise money for their treatment and care. Half will go to benefit the Edward M. Calvo Cancer Foundation to aide locals needing care, with half going to St. Baldrick's.
It's very worthwhile, so we hope you'll tune in tonight and make a donation.
And on behalf of all the children...thank you!
