Grand jury indicts Frank Mesa
Retired assistant fire chief Frank Mesa was indicted by a Superior Court grand jury today. Mesa was arrested two months ago by the Guam Police Department's Government Corruption Task Force in relation to an exclusive KUAM News investigation.

Retired assistant fire chief Frank Mesa was indicted by a Superior Court grand jury today. Mesa was arrested two months ago by the Guam Police Department's Government Corruption Task Force in relation to an exclusive KUAM News investigation.
He is accused of billing the government for work he never performed at the Guam Fire Department while he was instead working at the Transportation Security Administration.
Mesa has been indicted on three counts of theft by deception as a second-degree felony, three counts of theft by deception as a third-degree felony and five counts of official misconduct.
An arraignment is scheduled for October 14.
