The event has attracted business leaders from around the region as well as guest speakers who will discuss the numerous challenges and opportunities posed by the massive military buildup.
Keynote speaker Vice-Admiral Douglas Katz told KUAM News, "Will it go smoothly? Of course not. Nothing ever does with the build up when you are talking about an investment like this, but over time you are going to see a sustainable well organized in the end game support for this island and the island's support for the military."
