Dededo shooter has court date

Edward Joseph San Agustin is scheduled to appear in the Superior Court Friday for an arraignment.  His defense counsel has also filed a motion to withdraw as his attorney. San Agustin robbed Siu's Jewelry Store in Dededo and shot a woman in the leg. 

He then fled got into a car crash and led police on a foot pursuit.  He was apprehended and charged with attempted murder, robbery, aggravated assault, resisting arrest and several special allegations of possession and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony.
