TS Melor invokes latest Tropical Storm Watch

As of 1am Wednesday the National Weather Service placed Guam under a Tropical Storm Watch, while a Typhoon Watch was issued for Rota, Tinian and Saipan.  Tropical Storm Melor was located about 590 miles east of Guam and is moving on a west-northwest track at a rate of 8 miles per hour.
