The tsunami devastation in American Samoa has prompted Department of the Interior assistant secretary for insular affairs Tony Babauta to change his travel plans.  Babauta was scheduled to leave today to go to Saipan, but says he'll be heading to Honolulu instead.

He explained, "[We're heading] to Honolulu with the possibility of going to American Samoa and joining the first responders and letting the people of American Samoa know that we stand by their side and are committed to their recovery."
