DoD announces contracts for shippers

<div>Several multimillion dollar military contracts have been awarded by the Department of Defense to shipping companies that involves work related to Guam.  Matson Navigation and Horizon Lines have been awarded $100 dollar contracts, while another company based out of New Jersey was awarded a $40 million contract.</div>
