Tour Guam's first solar-powered home

<p>If you'd like to see net metering at work, an open house for Guam's first net metering solar-powered home will be held tomorrow from 10am-2pm two in the afternoon.  It's a four-bedroom home with central air and standard appliances in Barrigada Heights that has unlimited hot water and a power bill of about one dollar per day. </p>
