Karen Guerrero maintains appeal against GPD termination

<p>Former Guam Police Department Records and ID Section employee Karen Guerrero continues to fight her termination from the agency.  During a Civil Service Commission hearing on Tuesday evening, Guerrero was granted her request for discovery, specifically police reports related to the case.  Guerrero was terminated after she was arrested last year on charges of theft of property held in trust, tampering with public records and official misconduct.</p>
