Grand jury indicts former GPD staffer Karen Guerrero

<p>Former Guam Police Department Records and ID Section employee Karen Guerrero was indicted by a Superior Court grand jury. &#160;She is charged with 4 counts of theft of property held in trust as a 2nd degree felony with special allegations of crimes against the community, 2 counts each of theft of property held in trust as a 3rd degree felony and a misdemeanor, 8 counts of tampering with public records and 8 counts of official misconduct.</p>
