MBJ: A real gem - Pacific International buys Diamond Ko

<p>The sale of the wholesale concern Diamond Ko (Guam) Ltd. to Pacific International Inc., a multi-discipline construction company based in Majuro, was completed on May 20 with the full bulk transfer of Diamond Ko's properties to PII. While PII has shipped goods from Guam for years and has extensive real estate holdings on the island, this is its first foray into Guam's wholesale industry.</p>
