Man sentenced to 24 months for bank fraud

<p>Benjamin Diaz was sentenced to two years behind bars with credit for time served. &#160;Diaz was picked up by the U.S. Marshals in February accused of stealing $22,000 from his former employer. &#160;He is charged with bank fraud and aggravated identity theft.</p>
