The sentencing for Dr. Marc Zackheim has been pushed back.  The owner of Associates in Clinical Psychology was scheduled to be sentenced today in the Indiana District Court where he pleaded guilty to Medicaid fraud several months after the FBI raided his group homes.

The Guam Department of Mental Health had intended to award him a contract for therapeutic group home services on Guam but the agency was ordered to redo the request for proposal.  Zackheim's sentencing was continued until August 24.
