Winds, rain expected over next two days

The National Weather Service forecast is projecting that Tropical Depression 18W is expected to pass just south of Guam on Wednesday.  A Tropical Storm Watch remains in effect for Guam and Rota.  According to the NWS northeast winds will increase tomorrow night as 18W moves closer to the Southern Marianas, tropical storm-force winds veering from northeast to southeast are possible in southern Guam and Guam Coastal waters late tomorrow night and Thursday morning.
