Former KPMG partner pleads guilty in NY

Former KPMG partner Robert Pfaff pleaded guilty in the Southern District of New York today, admitting to participating in a conspiracy to defraud the Internal Revenue Service by concealing millions of dollars of fee income received from tax shelter transactions.
