Assistant secretary for the insular areas Tony Babauta will be returning home this week to meet with the island's leaders.  Babauta, who grew up in Agat, is scheduled to meet with the governor as well as members of the Legislature.

Since his appointment and confirmation, Babauta has emphasized his commitment to advancing the federal policies of the Obama Administration for Guam, the territories and the freely associated states.  Speaker Judi Won Pat will call the Legislature into session at ten o'clock on Thursday morning where the assistant secretary will deliver his address around 10:45.
