The Department of Public Works has denied a protest filed by the Guam Education Finance Foundation that questioned the way the winning company was chosen.  GEFF chairman Rick Inman says his organization was going to build a school twice as large as the one International Bridge Corporation intended to build for the same amount of money.

KUAM News has confirmed DPW denied their protest, and on Friday the GEFF filed an appeal with the Office of the Public Auditor. This is the second appeal filed in connection with the JFK High School contract award, the other filed by the Guam Community Improvement Foundation is already being heard.
