Blas needs community feedback on Resolution 160

Senator Frank Blas, Jr. is hoping to get the public's input on Resolution 160, which requests that Congress grant Guam full voting rights in the U.S. House of Representatives.  Blas will hold the three public hearings - the first to be held this Wednesday at the Barrigada Community Center.
