Rector bill provides water services for all island residents

A public hearing is scheduled to held this evening hour at the Legislature in Hagatana on a bill that would require the Guam Waterworks Authority to provide full service infrastructure to all leased properties held by the Chamorro Land Trust Commission and designated agricultural lots without charge to the owners or lessees.

A public hearing is scheduled to held this evening hour at the Legislature in Hagatana on a bill that would require the Guam Waterworks Authority to provide full service infrastructure to all leased properties held by the Chamorro Land Trust Commission and designated agricultural lots without charge to the owners or lessees. The act was introduced by Senator Matt Rector and is referred to as the "Senator Angel Leon Guerrero Santos Memorial Water for the People Act".
