Info campaign reminds Guam motorists about seatbelt policy

The Department of Public Works' Office of Highway Safety will be conducting an education campaign reminding residents about the amendment to Guam's seatbelt law, which imposes additional fines for those who are caught riding in a car without a seatbelt.
