Hearing held for cop accused of family violence

A magistrates hearing was scheduled for this afternoon for Hagatna Precinct officer Troy Morrison.  Morrison was picked up by marshals on Friday night and faces charges of family violence, stalking and terrorizing.

Morrison resigned from the Guam Police Department after assault allegations surfaced against him. Then back in 2003, former police chief Earl Aguigui rehired him back to GPD. The details on the hearing were not available as of news time.
