A signature culinary experience at the Tsubaki Tower’s Casa Oceano is making a grand return with a new approach to Tsubaki’s Journey of Flavors, bringing global cuisines to guests across multiple months of the year. 

 

Following the positive response from previous editions, The Tsubaki Tower has expanded the experience into a year-long series of themed Friday night dinners, giving guests more opportunities to explore a variety of international flavors.

Previously celebrated as an annual October festival, the Tsubaki Journey of Flavors has become a well-anticipated tradition among Guam’s dining community, known for introducing new dishes, wine pairings, and globally inspired menus. 

Building on the warm reception from past years, Casa Oceano’s culinary team has thoughtfully refreshed the format for 2026, allowing diners to enjoy the experience over a longer period while maintaining the spirit of discovery that guests have come to appreciate.

The 2026 Journey of Flavors series will highlight international cuisines during select months throughout this year:

  • February – France
  • April – Japan
  • June – Italy
  • August – Spain
  • October – Latin America

Each themed month will feature specialty dishes thoughtfully prepared alongside Casa Oceano’s well-loved Friday dinner buffet, offering guests a deeper appreciation of each destination’s culinary traditions. 

Guests can expect a curated selection of flavors that reflect the culinary team’s continued commitment to creativity and quality.

Returning for 2026, the Journey of Flavors Passport Program continues to reward guests who explore multiple themed dinners throughout the year. With the expanded format, diners will have more opportunities to collect stamps and work toward exclusive dining and stay experiences at The Tsubaki Tower.

Guests receive one stamp per themed month attended, encouraging them to experience a variety of international cuisines while building toward meaningful rewards.
