According to a release from Attorney General Douglas Moylan on Monday morning, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in coordination with two AG investigators apprehended 40-year-old T.K. Reuney, a Federated States of Micronesia citizen.

Reuney was convicted in January of 2025 of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in 2023 and is also recently accused of property theft. Reuney was captured outside Lucky Land Gameroom on Hamburger Road, Harmon.

Moylan states, "our first team collaboration was a success and now makes our homes safer."

It was last week where 11 criminal investigators from the Office of the Attorney General of Guam were deputized as ICE agents under the US Department of Homeland Security.

Ag moylan says that arresting these criminal aliens saves about $118 a day or $43,070 a year to imprison each one of them, and saves all the hundreds of thousands dollars more in paying for more police officers, prosecutors, judges and corrections officers, and support staff, office space and materials, to prosecute and house these criminal aliens, many of whom are repeat violent felons.

AG Moylan also states, "we will team-up with ICE and take other measures to bring you to justice and deport you back to your homes. Repent, reform and respect."
