Motorists are advised to drive cautiously through the construction zones, observe all posted speed limit and construction signs, and carefully heed flaggers (when present). Route 10 – Chalan Pago-Ordot/Mangilao
Construction activities will continue along Route 10, between the Route 4 intersection and Route 32 and extending up to Tenorio Street (Pochon Chicken Mangilao), from November 3 to November 8, 2025. Intermittent lane closures in both directions are expected during work hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM; Sat, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Motorists are advised to expect traffic delays, slow down and comply with posted speed limits when traveling through the work zone. Please remain alert for uneven pavement surfaces and temporary steel plates and drive safely at all times.

The DPW HMC crew will be bush cutting along Route 1 starting from Polaris, working north to-wards Chief Quipuha Park. Work will occur between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM Monday – Friday. The DPW asks motorists to please proceed with caution and remain alert for traffic control signs and work crews. |
