5 arrested after high-speed crash in Barrigada

A high-speed crash and chaotic confrontation in Barrigada ended with six people in custody — including five adults now confined at the Department of Corrections and a 16-year-old released to a parent.
Police say 20-year-old Ray Jay “RJ” Jain was behind the wheel when his car struck a median on Route 10. Jain allegedly fought with officers, admitted to drinking heavily, and later apologized for his behavior. Also arrested were Sapuro Timothy, 19, Erick Mathias Oneichu, 18, BK Luke Oneichy, 25, and Alex Oneichy, 19 — all accused of obstructing officers, underage drinking, and disorderly conduct.
Investigators say the group had just fled from a Maite game room where Jain and Oneichu reportedly stole keys and damaged property. The incident — partly captured on video and shared on social media — has sparked attention as police continue their investigation.
