The Guam Police Department arrested seven individuals in connection with a theft and property damage case reported in Mangilao. Around 10:47 a.m Sunday, officers responded to a damaged property call along Route 15 across from Hawaiian Rock. Three suspects were initially detained, and four more were later located and taken into custody.

Those arrested have been identified as 60-year-old Benjamin Aldan Taitano, 54-year-old carl William Cabrera, 28-year-old Laura Sulio Julaton, 61-year-old Benjamin Ada Pangelinan, 60-year-old Anthony Ada Pangelinan, 55-year-old James Ada Pangelinan, and 50-year-old Ryan Ray Santos Sablan — all residents of Dededo.

Police say the first six were booked for theft of property over $1,000, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and conspiracy.sablan faces the same charges, with an additional count of resisting arrest.

Authorities say portions of the incident were caught on video and circulated on social media. Two vehicles belonging to the suspects were found with stolen items, which have since been returned to the owner.

All seven were booked and confined at the Department of Corrections.
