Brunch brings together top hotels for one grand dining experience

Guam’s premier hotels came together for a one-of-a-kind dining experience at the Ultimate Island Brunch, an event organized by
and hosted at Hotel Nikko Guam over the weekend. The event featured six signature stations, each led by different hotel chefs and their teams.
Hilton Resort & Spa’s team served up various seafood appetizers, while Rihga Royal Laguna offered up croiffles, pancakes, and hot breakfast favorites. At Hyatt Regency's station, a full Italian spread featured freshly made focaccia, smoked meats, and an array of cheeses — while Pacific Islands Club offered a carving station with house-smoked brisket, lamb shoulder, and BBQ pork ribs.
Sushi lovers indulged in bluefin, amberjack, and Japanese-style seafood prepared by Hotel Nikko’s restaurant teams with a very special tuna cutting presentation.
To end the experience, the Tsubaki Tower laid out a decadent dessert bar, including Häagen-Dazs ice cream, a matcha fountain, and various finger foods, both savory and sweet.
The Ultimate Island Brunch celebrated the flavors of Guam's finest hotels, bringing together local talent, world-class cuisine, and a true taste of island hospitality.
