A man accused of breaking into a Tumon restaurant twice in the same day is facing serious charges.  Police say 34-year-old Jason Justino Hadley was caught on surveillance video entering Anemos Restaurant inside the Sandcastle building while it was closed. The video shows him taking bottles of alcohol during the early morning hours, then returning to steal loose change.

Security guards from Dusit Beach Resort confronted the man, and still images from the footage helped police identify him. The next day, officers spotted hadley wearing a shirt with a Guam Seal logo that matched the one seen in the video.

According to court documents, Hadley admitted to the break-ins while in custody, telling police, “You already know it’s me.”

He’s charged with second-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft. If convicted, he faces up to 11 years in prison.
