Production Videographer and Editor
Department: Broadcast Media / Marketing / Digital Creative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Production Videographer and Editor to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content that aligns with our brand, storytelling goals, and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for capturing compelling footage and transforming it into engaging videos for TV broadcast, social media, advertising, internal communications, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Videography (Production):
- Operate video cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and other production gear for on-location and studio shoots.
- Collaborate with creative teams to plan and storyboard videos.
- Set up and breakdown equipment before and after shoots.
- Direct talent and crew during shoots to ensure quality footage.
- Maintain proper file organization and backup of raw footage.
Video Editing (Post-Production):
- Edit video content using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva and Envato
- Add music, voice-overs, sound effects, motion graphics, subtitles, and other elements to enhance video content.
- Color correct and sound mix footage for consistency and quality.
- Deliver final edits in the required formats and specifications for different platforms.
- Re-edit or repurpose existing content as needed.
Additional Duties:
- Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and equipment.
- Maintain an organized video asset library.
- Collaborate across departments (News, Digital, Sales & Marketing) to ensure messaging is on-brand.
- Manage project timelines and meet deadlines consistently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva).
- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
- Knowledge of video formats, compression, and delivery best practices.
- Strong pacing and creative editing skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with animation, motion graphics, or graphic design is a plus.
- Familiarity with Sony 4K Camera Operations
Work Environment:
- This role may require travel for shoots, flexible hours, and working on tight deadlines.
- May involve carrying and setting up equipment (lifting up to 40 lbs).
