Public Health extends hours to support SNAP Summer EBT distribution

The Department of Public Health & Social Services is extending the operating hours of its office at the RANCARE building in Tamuning to better accommodate families in need of their SNAP S-EBT funds, beginning Sept. 22, 2025 through Sept. 27, 2025.

Please Note: There may be an early line cutoff depending on the length of the line, and it is determined as needed.
The Guam Department of Education, Guam Department of Defense Education Activity schools, and the Guahan Academy Charter School identified eligible children for SNAP S-EBT benefits based on enrollment at a school that participates in the National School Lunch Program/School Breakfast Program.
The benefits offered are through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, formerly known as Food Stamps.
This supplemental benefit is federally funded and provided through the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Service.
It is administered locally by the DPHSS in partnership with the GDOE.
