The Honorable Joaquin V.E. Manibusan, Jr., retired Magistrate Judge for the District of Guam, has been selected as the recipient of the prestigious Cristobal C. Dueñas Excellence Award for 2025.

“Judge Manibusan, an exemplary federal jurist, has provided outstanding service to our bench, the Guam Bar Association, and our legal community at large while promoting professionalism and civility,” said Chief Judge Tydingco-Gatewood. 

The Cristobal C. Dueñas Excellence Award will be presented at the 2025 Annual District Court of Guam Conference and 75th Anniversary Celebration on Monday, Sept. 22, 2025.
