High-speed chase ends in arrest

A high-speed chase through Dededo and Tumon ended with a dramatic foot pursuit and arrest.
Guam police say 31-year-old Trevor Ryan Moss led officers on a chase Wednesday night, refusing to stop on Route 28.
His Sedan kept going even after two tires blew out, rims sparking along Route 16 and into Tumon. The chase came to a halt near Pacific Islands Club, where Moss ran but was quickly caught by Dededo Precinct officers.
A search of his car uncovered a makeshift glass pipe with suspected meth residue.
Moss was taken to the hospital for treatment before being booked and confined at the Department of Corrections.
His case has been forwarded to the Attorney General’s Office.
